The Italian Embassy celebrated Italy’s National Day at the magnificent Al Hazm Mall that boasts spectacular classical Italian architecture.
Italian Carabinieri General Giovanni Nistri and Italian ambassador to Qatar Pasquale Salzano are joined by Qatar’s Minister of Economy and Commerce HE Sheikh Ahmed bin Jassim bin Mohamed al-Thani, Ministry of Foreign Affairs secretary-general Ahmed bin Hassan al-Hammadi, Chief of Protocol Ibrahim Yousif Abdullah Fakhro and other dignitaries at the Italian National Day reception, on Thursday, 10th May, at Al Hazm – Galleria in Doha
The Ambassador of Italy to Qatar HE Pasquale Salzano invited around 700 dignitaries, including among others Qatari officials and diplomats, to the picturesque architectural edifice made of the best Italian marbles to celebrate the occasion.
Speaking in the occasion, the CEO of Al Hazm Mohammed al Emadi said, “The design of Al Hazm is inspired by the classical architecture of Italy. This project is the reflection of the visionary leadership of Qatar. It took 10 years to complete this architectural masterpiece. Most of the stone used in its construction was shipped from Italy, which bears testimony to Qatar-Italy friendship.”
